TODAY IN BAYU / HARI INI DALAM BAYU

This morning when I was on my way to the Central Park to participate in the recycling campaign and I pass by one of the gazebo.

I saw one of the gazebo was covered with rubbish, empty drink cans and even broken glasses and alcohol bottles! Take a look at the below photos of the carnage left by these irresponsible people!

Last night these irresponsible people must have been lepak'ing at the gazebo in the middle of the night, drunk and wasted. Actually its not a problem for people to lepak and have a drink with friends inside the gazebo, but please clean up your mess after you are done! For GOD sake! Have these people no shame?!

Residents who house are nearby those gazebo or anyone pass by such gatherings should immediately report to matters the security guards or the committee members. So that we can approach these people to remind them to clean up their mess after they are done. At least we see their faces and know who they are.

Lets us all work together and keep our community clean, save and lets all condemn these irresponsible people whoever they are!

SECURITY CHARGES 2010 (JULY - DECEMBER)

Dear Bayu residents,

It is time again to fulfill your duty as a responsible resident of Bayu Community. Is it time again to pay your security fees to ensure we can still enjoy and be protected by our Gated and Guarded Security.

For the first half of 2010, we have achieved and collected 85% of the security fees. Kudos and congratulations to those who made their payment promptly and SHAME on those freeloaders!

For your information, the handing over of Bayu management from PPD to KBRA has been deferred. We will inform you the details in due time. As such, please pay your security fees to Paramount. We thank you for your support and please register to be KBRA members if you have not registered.
