KBRA OVERVIEW
KBRA is intended to be Bayu’s identity and voice to reach out to the Authorities. As we progress; the community gets bigger and PPD moves out, KBRA will act on behalf of the residents to resolve issues, link up with MBSA for the maintenance of our community, etc. KBRA will be the platform for interaction, addressing common issues of concern and be the body to institute common rules & regulations to ensure the preservation in the quality of the environment & ultimately enhancement of our property values.
As a voluntary group, KBRA appreciates assistance and co-operation from all residents. Residents should all work together to create a community that will stand out, a community all can be proud of. The physical fabric is beautiful; uniformed & well designed houses, wide and nicely landscaped streets and park and recreational facilities to facilitate healthy living. To complete it, let’s put the soul by creating a community that has a strong sense of belonging.
The Deed of Mutual Covenant (DMC) has provided guidelines to maintain the environment to enhance property values. Let’s all be mindful of the DMC and be guided by it accordingly. It will benefit us all, if we view it as an instrument to ensure uniformity that will enhance the environment and ultimately the property values. After all, our beautiful homes should stand proud amidst other beautiful homes and equally clean environment to enhance its beauty.
We should all be proud of the fact that Bayu is by far the largest of the gated and guarded community. Our neighbors Permai and Palma only have 216 and 412 houses respectively. St Reps have been elected to bridge the gap between residents & the Committee. All are invited to voice out common issues of concern and share ideas. In addition, monthly resident update is posted at the Notice board in the Central Park and our website : www.kemuningbayu.com for residents’ update.
As residents and members of KBRA, lets make a pact to instill neighborliness, support our community and foster a sense of belonging by responding and participating in activities organized by KBRA. And like in the true spirit of community living, we encourage residents to share and contribute. Remember, our voice is stronger with active participation and support of all in addressing issues of concern.
Please be reminded that our secure and gated community requires residents’ strong and continual support. Prompt payment of security charges will ensure our ability to hire the services of DELL Security to secure our area. Residents’ co-operation to use access cards is the number one priority to ensure that security is not breached by non-residents and / or uninvited visitors. Let’s all do our part to ensure security by using our access cards and let the guards do their jobs to secure our environment by way of patrolling and controlling access by non-residents through proper registration. And in the community spirit, it would be neighborly to look out for suspicious characters and promptly report to the Guardhouse no. 017 363 2927 for immediate action by the guards. We are trying our best to enhance the security & services by DELL, but we need your co-operation to report to the guards and inform us of any security breach or resident refusal to use their access cards.
All Bayu residents are encouraged to participate and support KBRA for all our benefits. As a resident group, we look forward to strong support, constructive and sincere comments and ideas to improve and participation in planned community activities.
