SECURITY CHARGES 2010 (JULY - DECEMBER)Dear Bayu residents, It is time again to fulfill your duty as a responsible resident of Bayu Community. Is it time again to pay your security fees to ensure we can still enjoy and be protected by our Gated and Guarded Security. For the first half of 2010, we have achieved and collected 85% of the security fees. Kudos and congratulations to those who made their payment promptly and SHAME on those freeloaders! For your information, the handing over of Bayu management from PPD to KBRA has been deferred. We will inform you the details in due time. As such, please pay your security fees to Paramount.
